(W.O.T.C)Work Oppertunity Tax Credit,NEED INFO
This program is administered by the Department of employment security (DES) I live in Illinois and have been researching this program for almost one year and haven’t got that far,I have wrote every one from the Atty.Gen to (FOIA) to the Dept. of Labor in Washington D.C.
I want a list of all companies in IL that participate in this program.I can not get public record of this,Each employer that receives a Federal tax credit for this program has to file a IRS 8850 and a ETA 9061 or 9062 so there has to be public record of this.I can not get a copy of the federal and state budget of this program either.
Is this a ghost program? Please provide any Info on this so that people will have a list of these companies that hire under these circumstances.As of now there IS NO WAY TO SINGLE OUT THESE COMPANIES they want us to blindly search companies and wast gas when this program is designed for “HELPING THOSE MOST IN NEED” such as
low income families, ex-felons and so on.
How is this program benefiting US. OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE FUNDING THIS “PROGRAM?”
